Amateur God - Around the Corners of our Minds

Amateur God is a bright new diviation on the Black Rain label. It is their first release that features female vocals and is a departure from the militaristic stomping of Fiendflug and the likes of Violent Entity.

The sound of Amateur God will likely remind most listeners of the Cranes, with vocals that work around the playfully disturbing melodies and slow beats: Dark, beautiful, and unspecifically unsettling.

Included on the CD is an award winning video. A bonus to those who care. I watched it once and will probably never watch it again. This is just how I am with videos, unfortunately. It was very nice and I feel bad about how much work was put into it, only to have it so unappreciated the likes of me.
