WEEKEND WORKSHOPS
Kukagami Lodge offers weekend workshops each summer.
These workshops include 2 nights lodging, all meals and instruction.  

Beginning Canoe-Tripping
A workshop for people who would like to learn the basics of canoeing and canoe- tripping. Individual paddling instruction, safety, trip planning, packing, portaging, and camp set-up. Hands on experience with several types of canoes, paddles, packs, maps and tents.

 

 

Edible Wild Plants

Learn to identify, collect, prepare and preserve nature's wild harvest. Discover our native fruits, vegetables, teas, mushrooms and more! This workshop offers a unique experience in wild foods dining. Every meal centres on the wild plants we harvest.

$375 per person, includes two nights accommodation, six meals, instructions and taxes.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Join us Thanksgiving Weekend for a 'Summer Camp' full of activities, and a great Thanksgiving Feast. Optional workshops include wilderness survival, nature walk, basket weaving, canoeing instruction and bread-making. Saturday morning through Monday afternoon.

$290/person for 2-3; $260/person for 4 or more
