It had finally happened. The whole world was stunned, shocked and horrified. People who didn't know each other would walk up to each other and ask "Why?", or maybe embrace each other, or just cry together. Sure, they had all heard the predictions, and some of them had even believed that it was coming, but it was still devastating. Knowing it was going to happen didn't cushion the shock. No-one bothered to say "I told you so", it was so horrible that they just couldn't do it. No, I'm not going to say what happened. I know, I'm just not telling.
